Resources That May Help You on Your Soul Journey
What follows is a collection of healers who have helped me connect with my Higher Self, books I’ve returned to, practices and interventions that have helped me understand myself, heal and grow.
I’m sharing them not as a prescription for anyone else’s path, but simply as interventions that have played a meaningful part in mine. Take what resonates, and above all, trust yourself to discover what supports your journey— after all, your Higher Self will guide you, but remember to stay vigilant for the destinatas.
Many people have inspired and supported me throughout my journey, but I’ve included here those I know are still practising today. If you’ve been part of my journey and are still doing the work you once shared with me, please do get in touch—I’d love to include you.
