Rachael Alexander
Rachael Alexander spent over three decades supporting people to live in alignment with their Higher Self, helping them to explore their purpose. Her work bridges psychological understanding with spiritual wisdom, keeping it grounded, practical, and respectful of being a human on a soul quest.
Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway®
Her work with Dr. Susan Jeffers, best-selling author of Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway® profoundly shaped her understanding of the importance of transcending fear on the path of spiritual growth. As Susan’s most successful instructor worldwide, Rachael was trusted with Dr. Jeffers’ training legacy and intellectual property—recruiting and training feel the fear instructors all over the world on behalf of the author.
Global Facilitator & Author
Rachael is an experienced global facilitator, having led everything from intimate workshops to international training seminars with hundreds of participants.
She is also a published author. You’ve Got This (Taylor & Francis), supports students navigating the pressure of university. How to Be a Courage Queen, is a guided journal for emotional and spiritual growth, and her first self-help book—I Can Handle Divorce shares valuable insights to those fearful of ending their marriage or long-term relationship.
Her work has been endorsed by the NHS, a Harley Street psychiatrist, and Anxiety UK.
Her approach is not therapy, diagnosis, or fixing. It is psycho-education—helping readers to understand they are supported by a loving intelligent force and once they trust their intuition, they can move forward on their soul path with clarity, confidence, and meaning.
Lived spiritual path
Rachael has walked a conscious spiritual path for more than three decades, developing a deep understanding of fear, faith, inner guidance and the ways life’s greatest challenges can become catalysts for transformation. Her own experiences have taught her that spiritual wisdom is not simply something we study, but something we learn to embody—through surrender, radical acceptance, self-awareness and an ever-deepening understanding of non-duality.
Alongside her professional and academic work, experiences including leaving a toxic marriage, single parenthood and her participation in the 12-step Al-Anon programme have given Rachael a lived understanding of resilience, letting go of control and learning to trust in a Higher Power. It is this combination of knowledge and lived experience that has shaped her belief that the challenges we face are not without meaning, but serve a higher purpose in the evolution and journey of the soul.
Living the work
Rachael lives the principles she communicates. When the traditional education system struggled to support her son’s spiritual awakening, she chose to home-educate him — reflecting her commitment to inner guidance, conscious living, and integrity. He is now twenty-one and travelling the world.
In September 2026, Rachael published her first novel, Destinata—a metaphysical adventure born from her desire to help awaken humanity to its own inner wisdom, encouraging readers to trust their intuition, recognise higher guidance and explore the deeper soul purpose behind their lives.
