What Does The Soul Journey Coaching Include?

We start your personalised programme with a Self-Enquiry inventory.

Using forty guided journal prompts you explore each of the above nine areas, identifying where you are now and what living in alignment with the spiritual matrix would look like for you.

Next, we have our first 121 coaching session. We review your self-enquiry answers, helping you to understand your priorities. Within 48 hours of each session, you receive your Soul Alignment Journal – a record of our sacred work together. This includes personalised reflections from the session with activities, resources and journal prompts, all aimed to help release the egoic programming. You have two weeks to complete this deep soul work, returning your reflections before our second coaching session.

Once we are clearer on what is holding you back, you have a Life Reading with a Master Astrologer. Sue will decode your blueprints – your natal and draconic astrology charts. This informative session helps you to understand why your Soul came to Earth this time around – the lessons, the love, the challenges, and your higher purpose. We then integrate this knowledge into your coaching sessions.

Over the three months, you have:

Six x 90 minute Psycho-Spiritual Coaching sessions – Using the guidance from your Life Reading and your Spiritual Matrix Self-Enquiry, we work on releasing the human programming which is holding you back from achieving soul fulfilment.

Six x Self-Exploration Sessions – After each coaching session you are sent personalised journalling prompts and suggested personalised resources to further your spiritual growth.

During the 3 months, we discuss psycho-spiritual topics such as:
